St. Cloud Police Department Hosts Expedited Hiring Event for Experienced Officers

Two-day event aims to streamline recruitment process for certified law enforcement professionals

The St. Cloud Police Department is set to host a two-day hiring event on January 30 and 31, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., at the St. Cloud Civic Center, located at 3001 17th Street.

This initiative is tailored for Florida state-certified law enforcement officers and out-of-state officers eligible for Equivalency of Training (EOT), aiming to simplify and expedite the transition into the department.

By consolidating testing, interviews, and physical abilities assessments into a single location, the department seeks to eliminate common obstacles such as extended hiring timelines and travel expenses.

Prospective attendees are required to RSVP by contacting Sgt. Ronnie Morales at (407) 891-6774 or via email at ronnie.morales@stcloudfl.gov.

For additional information, a QR code is available on the event flyer, linking directly to further hiring details.

This event underscores the department's commitment to attracting dedicated officers eager to serve and make a meaningful impact in the rapidly growing St. Cloud community.
