Cloud Christian's Hunter Rademacher, a junior basketball player, is working on regaining his confidence after suffering a foot injury last season.

Despite the setback, Rademacher is focused on achieving big goals for himself and his team, including improving his shooting skills and becoming a more versatile player on the court.

He credits his coaches and teammates for their support and encouragement as he strives to reach his full potential in the upcoming season.

The St.

Cloud Symphony Orchestra is launching its 2025-26 season with a focus on classical music in Minnesota.

The orchestra will feature works by Minnesota composers, as well as solo performances by local musicians.

The season will include a diverse range of concerts, including a celebration of the 250th anniversary of Beethoven's birth.

The orchestra is excited to bring high-quality classical music to the community and showcase the talent of local musicians.

St.

Cloud Federal Credit Union has partnered with Sartell High School to raise money for cancer research.

The credit union will donate $5 to the American Cancer Society for every new account opened in October, up to $5,000.

Sartell High School's soccer teams will also be wearing special jerseys for their games to raise awareness about cancer.

The goal of the partnership is to support those affected by cancer and raise funds for research and treatment.

Stay alert and respect protected species.

  • Tracks: Hoof prints (deer), paw prints (raccoon, bobcat), claw marks (coyote, alligator drags).
  • Scat: Tubular with fur/bones (carnivores), fibrous/seed-filled (herbivores & raccoons).
  • Signs: Deer browse twigs, raccoons overturn rocks, armadillos dig half-moons, gopher tortoises leave sandy burrows.
  • Visuals: Watch for bird patterns, snake markings, and rooted soil from hogs.
  • Timing: Nocturnal (raccoon, bobcat), crepuscular (deer, fox), diurnal (birds, tortoise).

Tip: Photograph tracks with a ruler for better ID later.

⚠️ Safety: Keep distance, don’t feed wildlife, and call rescue services if you find injured animals.
