Orlando Health's emergency departments in Osceola County have been recognized with the 2025 Press Ganey Human Experience Guardian of Excellence Award.
This prestigious honor highlights the exceptional patient care provided by Orlando Health Emergency Room – Osceola and Orlando Health Emergency Room – Reunion Village.
The Guardian of Excellence Award is part of Press Ganey's annual evaluation, celebrating healthcare facilities that consistently achieve top performance in patient experience.
Receiving this award underscores the dedication of our emergency department teams to deliver outstanding care to our communities, said Philip Koovakada, Senior Vice President and President of Orlando Health Dr. P. Phillips Hospital.
Orlando Health's emergency departments operate 24/7, staffed by board-certified emergency physicians, registered nurses, and comprehensive support teams.
Facilities are equipped with advanced resources, including specialized resuscitation rooms, diagnostic imaging such as ultrasound, X-ray, and CT scans, on-site laboratory services, and helipads for air-care transfers when needed.
Many locations also offer outpatient services, including diagnostic imaging, laboratory testing, and outpatient rehabilitation.
