Local employers seeking to expand their teams will have a prime opportunity this spring as Osceola Technical College (oTECH) hosts its 2026 Spring Career Fair on Thursday, April 16, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the oTECH Kissimmee Campus.

This event aims to connect area businesses with students and graduates trained in technical, business, and professional fields, fostering a robust local workforce.

Participating employers will meet motivated candidates ready to fill roles ranging from entry-level positions to advanced opportunities.

The fair also provides a platform for businesses to showcase their brand, network with future professionals, and build relationships within Osceola County's growing talent pipeline.

Organizers emphasize that events like the Spring Career Fair help bridge the gap between education and employment, noting that students attending are prepared to make an immediate impact in the workplace.

Why businesses should participate:

Network face-to-face with skilled, career-ready talent

Increase brand visibility among local job seekers

Identify candidates who align with company needs and culture

Booth space for employers is limited, and early registration is encouraged.

Businesses interested in participating can sign up through the college's registration link.

The oTECH Spring Career Fair is part of the school's ongoing commitment to workforce development and ensuring students are future-ready while supporting the hiring needs of local and regional employers.
