Pioco's Chicken Expands to Saint Cloud

Pioco's Chicken, a cherished family-owned restaurant renowned for its authentic Puerto Rican rotisserie chicken, is set to open a new location in Saint Cloud.
The upcoming restaurant will be situated at 5160 Boggy Creek Road, a strategic spot in the rapidly growing Lake Nona area of Osceola County.
While an exact opening date hasn't been announced, the owners have expressed their excitement about bringing their flavors to the community.
Established in 2000 in Buena Ventura Lakes by Miguel Fontanez Sr. and Miguel Fontanez Jr., Pioco's Chicken has built a loyal following with its flavorful roasted chicken and traditional Puerto Rican dishes.
The new location will feature a spacious dining area accommodating over 200 guests, adorned with vibrant murals celebrating the restaurant's heritage.
For those on the go, a dedicated takeout section will ensure quick and convenient service.
The menu highlights their signature rotisserie chicken, available in whole, half, or quarter portions.
Other offerings include pork ribs, fried pork, and steak with onions.
Traditional sides such as plantains, yuca, tostones, and fries complement the main dishes.
Additionally, guests can enjoy mofongo, a classic Puerto Rican dish made from mashed fried plantains, garlic, and olive oil, served plain or topped with a choice of proteins.
As the opening approaches, residents of Saint Cloud and Lake Nona can look forward to experiencing the rich flavors and warm hospitality that have made Pioco's Chicken a staple in the community.
