Cloud, Florida is considering plans for two new subdivisions that would add a total of 123 homes to the area.

The first project, Harmony Reserve, proposed by AV Homes, would include 83 homes on a 20-acre property.

The second project, Heron Creek, proposed by DR Horton, would consist of 40 homes on a 10-acre property.

The St.

Cloud Planning Board will be reviewing these proposals and considering the impact on the community before making a decision on the developments.

Cloud.
