St. Cloud 911 Ceremony to Honor First Responders and Remember September 11th Victims

This Thursday, the St.

Cloud 911 ceremony will honor first responders and commemorate the tragic events of September 11, 2001.

The ceremony will include a moment of silence, speeches by local officials, and recognition of those who lost their lives on 9/11.

The event will provide an opportunity for the community to come together to remember and honor the sacrifices made by first responders and civilians during the terrorist attacks.

Daniel Kenning was charged with three counts of assault and one count of malicious punishment of a child after an incident in which he allegedly physically abused a 12-year-old boy at his St.

Cloud home.

Kenning reportedly used a wooden paddle to discipline the child.

The boy's father confronted Kenning about the abuse, and Kenning allegedly choked and beat the father as well.

Kenning denied the allegations, claiming the injuries were from self-defense.

He has been released on bail and is scheduled to appear in court again in October.
