Osceola County Approves Development of Triple H Ranch Subdivision in St. Cloud.

Osceola County has approved plans for the development of a new 370-acre subdivision called Triple H Ranch in St.

Cloud.

The project will include more than 1,100 single-family homes, duplexes, and townhomes, as well as amenities such as parks, trails, and a clubhouse.

The development is expected to help meet the growing demand for housing in the area and will bring economic benefits to the community.

The project is scheduled to be completed in three phases over the next several years.

The city of St.

Cloud has decided to suspend riverboat operations due to concerns about their safety and financial viability.

Additionally, the city council rejected a proposed settlement with a concrete plant that had been in violation of their operating permit.
